Ingredients
- 20 g. wallnuts
- 10 g. poppy seeds
- 30 g. dates
- 1 tsp. cocoa powder
Directions
Step 1
Add hot water to poppy seeds. Let them soak for several hours or overnight.
Step 2
Combine walnuts, pre-soaked poppy seeds, dates, cocoa in a blender and grind until smooth.
Step 3
Roll into balls and serve with herbal tea.
