Salad with Boiled Egg and Polenta

Ingredients
- 40 g. cornmeal
- Salt, lemon juice, pepper to taste
- 5 g. unsalted butter (1 tsp.)
- 100 g. cucumber
- 100 g. tomato
- 1 egg
- 50 g. any herbs (dill, parsley, cilantro)
- 15 g. olive oil (1 tbsp.)
- 10 g. honey (1 tsp.)
Directions
Step 1
Cook the cornmeal by constantly stirring it with salt, pepper, and butter until it melts and evenly dissolves in the porridge. Make a thin crust from the cooked porridge and let it cool down. Cut into cubes.
Step 2
Make a salad from the vegetables and herbs. Boil the egg and add it to the salad.
Step 3
Make a salad dressing by mixing lemon juice, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Dress the salad. The polenta cubes can be added to the salad or served separately.
