Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp milk
- salt, to taste
Directions
Step 1
Crack the egg into a bowl.
Step 2
Add 1 tbsp of milk. Whisk gently.
Step 3
Add salt, but do not mix.
Step 4
Grease a frying pan with olive oil and heat it up well. Pour the egg mixture into the pan.
Step 5
Wait until the eggs start to set around the edges.
Step 6
Gently stir the eggs from the edges to the center with a spatula until cooked to the desired consistency (1-3 minutes).
