Ingredients
- 4 pears
- 150 g cottage cheese (5%)
- 150 g mascarpone (ricotta) cheese
- 2 tbsp whipping cream 10-15%
- 1 tsp honey
- cinnamon, to taste
Directions
Step 1
Cut the pears in half and remove the cores, creating hollows like boats.
Step 2
In a blender or using a fork, mix the cheese, mascarpone, and whipping cream until smooth and creamy.
Step 3
Stuff the pear halves with the cheese mixture, sprinkle with cinnamon on top, and place in a preheated oven at 355°F for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese has a golden crust.
Step 4
Optionally, drizzle cooled pears with honey.
