Salad with Beets, Pear, and Goat Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 beet
- 60 g lettuce leaves
- 70 g goat cheese
- 40 g walnuts
- 1 pear
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Soy sauce (balsamic) to taste
Directions
Step 1
Cook the beet until tender. Ideal time is 20 minutes in a steamer until the first softness.
Step 2
Slice the pear and sauté on a hot skillet or grill without oil for a few minutes on each side.
Step 3
Mix olive oil and soy sauce.
Step 4
Place pieces of cheese, beet slices, chopped walnuts, and pear slices on the lettuce leaves. Dress with the sauce.
Tips
For the recipe any white cheese can be used: feta, mozzarella or other.
