Ingredients

  • 100 g salmon fillet
  • 100 g broccoli
  • Lemon juice, to taste
  • 1 1/2 tsp. butter (optional)
  • 1 tbsp. grated cheese
  • 1 tbsp. milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cream (optional)
  • 1/2 egg
  • A pinch of nutmeg

Directions

Step 1

Slice the salmon fillet thinly and sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for 30 minutes, then pour hot water over it and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.

Step 2

Pour hot water over the broccoli, add salt, and cook for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Beat the milk, grated cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, and nutmeg together to make a cream mixture.

Step 4

Layer the vegetables and fish in a buttered dish, then pour the cream mixture over it. Bake for 20 minutes at 220°C.
