Ingredients
- 1 apple
- 20 g cheese
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp honey
Directions
Step 1
Wash the apple and cut off the top. Using a teaspoon, carefully remove the core and seeds without cutting through the apple and leaving thick walls.
Step 2
Put cheese and egg yolk (can be mashed with a fork) into the blender bowl and blend until smooth. You can also add washed and dried small raisins.
Step 3
Place the apple in a baking dish, tightly filling it with the cheese filling.
Step 4
Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for about 30 minutes. The apple wall should be easily pierced with a knife. Add honey to the cooled apple.
