Oat-Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1/2 banana
- 3 tbsp. oat flakes (55-60 g)
- 10 g walnuts
- 1/4 apple
Directions
Step 1
Grind oat flakes into flour and add to mashed banana.
Step 2
Finely chop walnuts and add to the batter. You can add a few tablespoons of water to make the consistency thinner.
Step 3
On a heated pan without oil, place the batter with a tablespoon, forming pancakes. Bake for a few minutes on each side.
Step 4
Serve with grated or finely chopped apples.
