Ingredients
- 250 g. granola mix
- 60 g. walnuts, chopped
- 1 tbsp. coconut flakes
- 2 tbsp. pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp. apple puree
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 2 tbsp. plain yogurt
- 1/2 orange, sliced
- 1 apple, sliced
Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
Chop the walnuts. Mix together the granola mix, walnuts, coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, apple puree, cinnamon, sesame seeds, and oil.
Step 3
Spread the mixture onto the baking sheet and bake for about 25-30 minutes. The granola should become crispy and golden brown. It is important to stir the granola every 10 minutes while baking to ensure even cooking.
Step 4
Let the granola cool and then mix in the honey.

Serving Tip
For breakfast, you'll need 100 g of prepared granola. In a deep plate or cup, layer the granola, yogurt, and sliced fruits. Repeat the layers.
