Salmon in Walnut Sauce

Ingredients
- 400 g red fish fillet (e.g. salmon, trout)
- 100 g walnuts
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp mustard (not spicy)
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- salt, to taste
Directions
Step 1
Rinse and pat dry the fish fillet with paper towels. Marinate it in soy sauce and lemon juice for 15-20 minutes.
Step 2
Grind the walnuts in a blender with honey and mustard until smooth. Add water if necessary.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake the fish without covering it for 20-25 minutes until the skin is crispy.
Step 4
Serve the walnut sauce separately with the fish or garnish individual fish portions before serving.
