Ingredients
- 100 g chicken fillet
- 30 g olives
- 1/4 onion
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onion for garnish
Directions
Step 1
Finely chop the chicken fillet and sauté it together with the onion in a hot pan without oil (you can boil the chicken and use the broth for the pate). Cook until the chicken is cooked through and crispy on the outside.
Step 2
Blend the chicken fillet, onions, olives, green onions, and olive oil until smooth. Add vegetable broth or a little water to the pate in the blender.
Step 3
Season the pate with salt and pepper to taste.
